What We Did:
Provided professional engineering/design services for the replacement of roofs; repair of exterior architectural components; sealing of windows, doors, and other penetrations; replacement/repair of expansion joints; and re-pointing deteriorated mortar joints to reduce water infiltration on 15 buildings campus-wide. Atriax employed the use of HD photography and drones investigate the roof and window conditions – a safe, accurate and cost effective approach to this difficult assessment.
